We are pleased to welcome Carey Graham to the Bradshaw Collective on Downie Street, where he has recently established a permanent workspace as part of our growing downtown professional community.
Carey, originally from Kemptville, holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto and has completed his qualifications as a licensed paralegal. With these credentials, he offers professional – and passionate – services as a third-party mediator, specializing in conflict resolution for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
In addition to his mediation work, Carey also provides conflict coaching and consulting. His work in this area includes interpersonal and workplace conflict coaching, with a focus on restoring relationships between individuals and within organizations. Services include conflict analysis and advice, conflict intervention design, and skill development to build long-term capacity for managing and resolving disputes. Carey is also a certified notary public, providing added convenience for fellow business owners and residents in the area in need of official document services.

Carey’s presence brings valuable expertise to our downtown network, and we encourage fellow business owners to extend a warm welcome! His services will no doubt serve as a useful resource to many within our professional community.

Outside of his professional life, Carey is a proud new father. Away from his desk, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, embracing all the joys of new parenthood!
