To share our passion for good food, the Stratford Al Fresco outdoor dining experience (including paired wines, craft beers and drinks) includes outdoor dining areas at various spots in the city. With spaces that fit over 200 people, you can dine outdoors with delicious takeout and accompanying drinks from participating Stratford restaurants (see map for locations and window cling to look for below while in the city). Al Fresco areas feature tables made by Stratford’s CRP (including accessible options), umbrellas, hand sanitizer stations, and waste, compost (at select locations) and recycle bins.
DESTINATION STRATFORD RECEIVES UNANIMOUS APPROVAL FOR YEAR-ROUND AL FRESCO PROGRAM
We’ve got restaurants offering a variety of cultures and tastes waiting to be enjoyed under the sun or stars. All year-round, you can take these delicious meals and drinks to any of the designated Al Fresco dining locations around the city (you can find Al Fresco dining at Market Square, Memorial Gardens, Tom Patterson Island and approved parkland – see map below). An updated By-Law with complete considerations regarding the consumption of liquor with food in designated public spaces and at permitted times will be posted soon as soon as possible.
