A very warm welcome to Lori Murray and Anna Dagostino who last week – to much fanfare on April 1st – opened Benessere, Downtown Stratford’s newest wellness centre offering a variety of healing and wellness services.
Cousins, Lori and Anna decided they wanted to run a business together and for the last year have been doing their due diligence on the city’s ageing population and learning all about how these modalities help improve people’s lives.
Both hold down full time jobs – Lori at Steelcraft and Anna as a service coordinator for mental health services in Toronto – but with the help of high school friend Nancy, and another employee look forward to juggling all that’s required to launch their new business.
Benessere, Italian for well-being, is all about energy, healing, rejuvenation.
The beautifully renovated space is in the former Sew & Save space and it was heartwarming to hear that Mark Phillips’ family members attended the busy Grand Opening.
Lori and Anna offer many services to get your mind and body back on track after this long, cold winter. In the massage room, after an AI screen scans you for your hot spots, an enormous massage chair literally hugs you in, reclines you, and gets to work to make you feel your best!
