Welcome to Chuck’s Roadhouse that opened last week on Market Place! Co-owners, Milan Champaneria and Jay Patel, each have more than 10 years in the restaurant industry, six of which they have worked together. Here in Stratford, they are excited to have opened this 260 seat restaurant, ready to serve fans of fine AAA steaks, ribs, burgers and so much more!
Chuck’s Roadhouse falls under the Obsidian Hospitality Group of companies, along with Coffee Culture and Crabby Joe’s. CEO of Obsidian Group, Gus Karamountzos, has a soft spot for Stratford and has taken tremendous care to make sure this restaurant is perfect in every way. Many, many years ago Gus’ first kitchen job was in exactly this kitchen when it was Classic’s!
And what a kitchen it is!
Chuck’s has renovated, adding brand new appliances and a new dedicated server area. Great for the 70+ front of house that have been hired!
Special here in Stratford, too, are the two beautiful Harley Davidson motorcycles. First Chuck’s to have two! In the main dining room, feel free to hop on board and have your photo taken! In terms of where to sit (other than on the Harley!) you can choose the one of 25 seats at the huge bar, table in the bar area or the main dining area, or finally on the patio out back. Most importantly, all areas are accessible.
A kids menu and fun kid’s placemat make Chuck’s the perfect place to take the whole family. Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11am to Midnight and Friday/Saturday, 11am to 1am. Half price appetizers every night after 9pm!
