DOWNTOWN STRATFORD BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA DIGITAL DOWNTOWN DOLLARS – DESIGN, SET-UP, IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING

1. Purpose
The Downtown Stratford Business Improvement Area (DTSBIA) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents for the design, set-up, implementation, and training for a new digital downtown dollar (gift card) program.

2. Objectives
To create and launch a digital gift card solution to replace the current Downtown Dollars program, within a budget of $15,000. This project is to be suitable for all interested businesses within our tax levied boundaries to sign-up and be trained before the launch of the live gift cards.

Questions – if a Proponent needs to address any discrepancies, errors and/or omissions in the Bid Document, or if they are in doubt as to any part thereof, they shall submit questions in writing through the General Manager email address included in the Request for Quotes document.

The deadline to submit questions is 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 28, 2023. Responses to any questions shall be posted on this page in a timely manner on this page.

RFP (6.3) indicates that the closing date is the July 21, 2023. Can you confirm that we must provide all documents before September 8th?

Yes – the date in 6.3 is incorrect – closing is September 8, 2023.
