Client Coordinator

The duties of this role include:

1. Acting as a primary contact for both potential new clients reaching out to our firm, and current clients for scheduling, client intake and communication;

2. Liaising with our community on sponsorship, donation and collaboration requests;

3. Assisting with billing and other administrative tasks;

4. Providing coverage for our reception team; and

5. Assisting our Office Manager.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and in the range of $60,000-65,000/annum plus bonus and benefits.
