We are looking for a proactive Financial Services Administrator to support our financial advisory team. Success in this role requires the ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple finance programs, and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues. Discretion, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to a busy financial advisory team
Manage client information and correspondence
Maintain schedules, calendars, and agendas
Assist with projects, onboarding, and special initiatives
Enter and process financial data, including transactions
Follow up with clients and advisors promptly
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
Qualifications
Secondary School Diploma (required)
1+ year administrative experience (preferred)
2+ years customer service experience (preferred)
1+ year financial services experience (preferred)
Comfortable using CRM programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
