The Downtown Stratford BIA is working hard to become Ontario by Bike certified. This is because we want you to safely and comfortably visit downtown on your wheels. So far, we have a number of businesses that are certified, meaning they have ample bike parking and are knowledgeable on all things cycling in our town. We plan for this list to continue growing throughout the year!

We hope that when you are out and about on your bike that you take some time to refuel at one of our great cafes or restaurants. And perhaps a stop, too, at our fabulous retail shops if you have panniers!
If you are in need of accommodation for your bike trip, please explore the options via our tourism operator, Destination Stratford.
Bike Parking – Throughout the downtown streets, you will find numerous bike racks, bike rings and two large bike parking corrals (on York St and at the Stratford Public Library located at 19 St Andrew St).
Bike Repair Stations – We are pleased to have two bike repair stations available for your use, located on the corner of Marketplace and Wellington St (Market Square) as well as on York St across from Kandy Cakes. Find instructions on how to use the tools in the repair station. Or look for the QR code on top of the station when you arrive!
Click these options to find local curated routes on RideWithGPS.com. These maps can also be sent to your phone’s GPS mapping app for ease of use while you’re on the road.
